Terms of service

1. Commissions discussed through any social's DM's.
2. I have the right to refuse service to anyone
3. I only take reference sheets, no descriptions
4. Artistic freedom is enjoyed, however, if you want something specific, tell me. Failure to do so means I get to pick what pose/expression. Reference images for desired backgrounds are appreciated as well.
5. You are paying me to draw your character in MY style, remember that please
6. Detailed characters can be extra due to complexity
7. You MUST have permission to use the OC in order for me to draw them, otherwise your commission will be canceled and there is no refund.
8. You CANNOT edit my art without permission. If using it somewhere as icon, banner, etc, leave credit to me, please!
9. DO NOT use this for commercial or profit. DO NOT trace or steal my artworks.
10. Non-watermarked pieces are not for the public, please keep these for personal, private use. If you wish to repost an artwork of mine, use watermarked pieces and credit me.

payment

1. Payment is to be in USD via PayPal
2. Payment must be upfront. I will only start the commission after I have been paid.
3. I will hold a commission spot until I get paid. If you cannot pay, or no longer wish to purchase from me, please notify me so I can take you off my list. Will hold a spot for 48 hours, if there is no response within that time, you will be taken off the list.
4. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! If you commission me, please make sure you can afford it, even if an emergency comes up. Furthermore, if you do file for a chargeback, I will blacklist you from future commissions. You also forfeit the right to the piece, and I will do what I want with it.

process

1. Keep in mind that I am a student and can have a busy life. Pestering me about when I will finish my commission will not get it done faster.
2. Please note that, unless paid extra for a certain date, I don’t do deadlines. Quality takes time, and as I said, I have a busy life.
3. I will send an initial sketch for approval, after that there will be no more WIPS unless it’s a large scene piece, or unless you ask for an update. Please let me know to fix things when I send the sketch.
4. Edits are not to be made after the finished piece is done. All things must be fixed in the sketch stage.
5. If you have any questions or concerns about your commission, I will be replying to those.
6. Also be aware I will be working on personal things while doing commissions. This does not mean I am not working on it. It just means I am taking a break.

A simple background scene. Ask if a background idea is classified as simple. Comes with dialogue if wished. Base price includes: Halfbody and simple scene of your choice. Fullbody is priced more in DM's.
